Climbing

We simply have not gone climbing enough lately. Two exceptions:

(1) Prophecy Wall, in Southern Utah

(with a great view of the desert);

(2) Carderock, near Washington, D.C. (with friend Katie)

(with a great view of our filthy son by the Potomac River).

Field trips

Three DC field trips off the beaten path, but well worth the trip:

Great Falls/Mather Gorge, on the Potomac River

Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens (water lilies and lotus o'plenty)

Any old inlet, anywhere in the beautiful Annapolis, MD area. T-man especially liked the jellyfish.

We (heart) NYC

Tennyson took several bites out of the Big Apple this weekend. We had a great time with Grandpa Stewart and Pat.
